Hours

I currently see clients in my practice 3 day per week; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Effective April 2023: Beginning April 3, 2023, the Washington State Department of Health is no longer requiring masking in health care settings. If you are feeling sick and/or are testing positive for COVID-19, please stay home. Telehealth appointments are available in these cases.

Payments

If I am an in-network provider with your EAP (Lyra), I will file claims on your behalf. For clients who are private pay, using their out of network benefits and/or are sliding scale, payment is due at the time of service. Payments can be made via cash, check or credit/debit card.

Any client with a balance of more than 4 sessions will be asked to pause therapy unless a payment plan is created and payments are consistently made toward their balance. If therapy is paused, there is no guarantee that the spot will be available when the client is ready to resume.

Credit cards on file will be charged automatically for sessions that are 45 days overdue. If no credit card is on file, the balance will be sent to collections.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs such as medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Please make sure your that provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
